Uninstalling Windows xp sp2

I was wandering how i would uninstall windows xp sp2. if when i try to
unistall it via the control panel and it doesnt uninstall. I cant find it in
the windows explorer. Would appreciate any help in this matter

They seem to suggest using Control Panel uninstall. Thats how I did it
(closing ALL other running apps first) but now I get a "SPOOLER SUB SYSTEM
APP has encountered a problem" warning repeatedly..working on that. If you
get the same, could you advise here ?

None of the options u suggeted worked and/or ive tried them before. I used a
secondary uninstall program when add-remove programs didnt do the job. it
could not remove the program. it just asked me if i wanna remove it from the
list of programs
