ipconfig doesnt run

Try accessing Command Prompt from
programs>accessories>Command Prompt instead.
You can then type ipconfig directly into Command Prompt
instead of in run box (but only if your XP operating
system is located on C: and you have administrator
status, I think)

Start > Run > cmd > Enter > ipconfig

That will also get you there.
