Delete Visited Websites

Joe, if you mean the history in your address bar, go to
Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/History/Clear
History. I don't think it will make much difference in
speed as the history files are small, but it will delete
the history of where you've been. You can also set
the "Days to keep history" to "zero" to keep the list
shorter.
