Please help me???????????

Hi! I desperately need some help with my connection
I have a dial-up modem. And it connects fine. Then after
a little while it stops loading pages or downloading
files. It says there is still a connection and everything
is working fine, but it doesn't work right. For example,
I am using Kasaa to download a few files and after a
while of working fine where it says "connected" it
says "connecting". And if I try to load pages on Internet
Explorer after I close Kasaa. No pages will load
What is going on? I am very confused

Shut down Kasaa and try.
