error boxes that pop up

I keep getting an error box to pop up and tells me to
send a report, or don't send, even months after the error
occured. Can anyone tell me how to get this to stop?

It's annoying. I takes longer for my computer to get
started due to this box appearing before any of the
programs I try to get on. It happens every single time I
log on.
