Hello,
I'm sorry I have to keep returning to this subject, but
we still do not have a cure for the slow file sending
and surfing slowing right down as soon as we click to
voice chat.

We have had to down load Yahoo messenger in the mean time
as this does not have the same problems !

We are told it's spyey and therefore do not want to stay
with it.

We much prefer msn messenger 6.2 when it is ok.

We have looked on a lot of sites for an answer and we see
many with the same prob but no answer's.

We were hoping some one here would know how to fix it for
us?
Cheers

Greetings,

You and your contact might try turning off the QoS Packet Scheduler. To do so, click Start,
then All Programs, then Accessories, then Communications, and then Network Connections.
Right click your network/internet connection, then click Properties. Uncheck the QoS Packet
Scheduler, and try again.

Hello Jonathan, We tried to un-tick what you directed us
to but its grayed out with a tick in it and we can not
therefore untick it. We tied to do it online and off line
no change still grayed out. We could I believe uninstall
it , is that what you meant?
Please come back on this one?
cheers Tegco

Hi Tegco,

In some cases you won't be able to disable it, uninstalling should work and won't cause any
problem.
