Copy & Paste not functioning in Windows XP

when i copy and paste the pasted data is :
"Please do not copy or print this page"


Any clues why it happened?
Might it be because i didn't activate my Win XP yet (still
few days before activation required).

It sounds like you are trying to copy text from somewhere that the
author/owner doesn't want you to (perhaps for copyright reasons?)
