saving .jpeg images

I try to save some .jpeg images from the internet, but
they end up being saved as .art instead of .jpeg. How do
I save images as .jpeg instead of them being saved
as .art?

You must be using AOL or CompuServe. Disable the "Use Compressed Graphics"
option in the www options.
