I'm trying to shut off Standby Mode. I just added a second
user to my computer and ever since, standby mode has
become automatic. I've gone into Control Panel > Power
Options and set System Standby to "Never" and unchecked
Enable Hibenation, but it still keeps going into Standby
Mode. I've done this in both Users, but still the computer
goes into Standby Mode.

Is there somewhere else I have to shut off Standby Mode to
get it to quit?

Thanks much.

Check the system BIOS.
