Autoroute

New computer with XP. Installed autoroute and it worked
fine. Installed Norton Personal firewall which kept on
reporting autoroute as a trojan horse virus. Uninstalled
Firewall returned system to pre-Norton, uninstalled
autoroute and tried to reinstall. Get message that install
cannot find files such as
D:AoutoRte\msmap\pfiles\msmap\data\eur-cd.mad and others.
Any ideas?
If I try and run autoroute off the cd I get can't find string.
