I downloaded Majik's freebie OE Backup and it works great and backs up all 3
identities to the specified folder. However, when I come to restore the
identities, DBX and WAB files I can't get any action when I use "TOOLS" -
'Restore Files'. I am uncertain what to do.
Any help will be appreciated.

Paul,

Is this not a question for the vendor of the third party tool you are using
?
