I am receiving a problem when I tried to log on to MSN
Messenger. "Sorry we could not sign you in because the
sign in name you entered does not exist or the password
is incorrect". I can log on to MSN with my friend's PC
with no problems. What configurations can I change on my
PC to fix this problem

Wayne, I too get this problem, but i think it is more to do with the msn
server than it is with xp. This may occur when the server is particularly
busy.

I agree with John. If I get that message and ignore it, I usually find
Messenger works just fine a few hours later.
