I've been locked out of some web sites since I installed SP2.
I have my own firewall (Norton Personal Firewall).
That worked fine before SP2. When I installed SP2, I disabled the new SP2
firewall, but I still cannot view some websites (amazon.com for example).
I know it's IE, because I can see amazon just fine with Netscape.
I cannot figure out where IE is blocking me.

In IE, go to Tools, Pop-Up Blocker, and hit "Turn off Pop-up Blocker"

That's been During and since the SP2 installation. I just verified again,
and it's still off.
