Cannot download SP2

[STATXPhelp]

I have tried to download SP2 via the automated method on Windows website but
it will not download it or install it. I know this because although I follow
the steps (including automatic update, etc) SP2 menu changes (e.g., IE tools
menu, security settings under the control panel)...I haven't downloaded the
IT version...yet! What can I do...? P.S. I ordered the CD version 2 weeks
ago and it never arrived.
