error downloading web pages

when downloading a web page I recieve an error, may not
download to specified loacaton, this does not happen all
the time, but more, than none.

How do you download a web page? If I run into a page that I want to read
*offline,* I save a copy using File> Save As. For file type, I select "HTML
only" or "Web page, complete" since the "Web Archive" option can be
troublesome with sites that pull content from several locations (it fails).
