after sp2 update

Hi,
I have been trying to download new patches for my windows
office for students and teachers, and never had a problem
doing this until sp2 update, the update that I am trying
to download is KB833858, I can get to the part where it
says 3 of 5 but the download won't go past the i in the
sentence where it says Download Time Remaining.
My computer freezes and have to reboot it, I would
appreciate any help that I can get.

HI, Thank for your reply, but I have done everything I
know how to do, even have the new sp3 for office, but it
still will not let me download this update. Any more

Are you using automatic update? If so try to download the update
manually, then install. Otherwise post your question to the experts in
the Office update newsgroup:
