I have one of the beta versions of Service Pack 2. When I goto Windows
Update and select install service pack 2, it continually responds
"Installation Failed". Is there a way to deactivate service pack 2 beta so
that the commercial version will install?

Mark,
Go to Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel (turn on Show Updates if
needed) and de-install the Beta build from there prior to installing the
final released product.
