Unwanted Sound Alerts

I keep getting a sound effect "Water Drop" whenever I
change Explorer pages....I have shut off all sounds in
the control panel and I still get it...

This is not a Windows sound. You may have some application that is causing
this. When you went to Control Panel, Sounds and Audio devices, did you go
to the sounds tab to check all of the sound associations? The might help
you identify the source.
