Have them copy the file on the cd,try playing off the
file rather than cd.And/or download wmp9 series encoder
then convert the file,when its thru,select play results,
then save in the player.A little extreme,but it'll get
the job done,also have them R.click the file,properties,
maybe more info can be viewed.
