System32.exe has encountered a problem and has closed,can

You have a virus. System32.exe is not a valid windows file. It is a file
name used by the KWBot worm, and others. Update your antivirus software
and scan your system.

You may also want to see www.dougknox.com, Win XP Fixes, Clean KWBot Worm
Registry Entries. Then locate the System32.exe file and delete it manually.

However, you do need to get or update your antivirus software and use it
religiously.
