When you launch the Activate Windows - the program checks
the registry to see if Windows has already been activated.
If it has the in the blue area it display an 'allready
activated' message, otherwise it shows you the 'Actvating
Windows' screen.
The cause of this problem maybe that you have little RAM
in your computer or a very slow processor or that you are
not an Administrator and do not have permission to access
the registry.
Make sure that you are logged on as an Administrator and
check that you have full access to the regisrty by going
to Start>Run and type 'regedit' (without the quotes). If
you can access the regisrty without a message appearing
saying that the Administrator has disabled the registry
then you may need to contact Microsoft for more help.
