errors in windows continuously

I keep getting errors and the system has to shut
down...this can be any time and in any program.

Any suggestions!!????

What kind of errors? Any error messages? What are they?

[The Unknown]

It would help us all if we knew what the errors/messages where.......It
could be anything from the Blaster/Lovsan(comp reboots in 50-60 seconds)
worm to God knows what!
