O.E Server

Hey, I have email with MSN at MSN.com and want to check it
but i run into problem's. When going to Outlook Express to
check in-box it will start checking but then i get
error's. Errors say that when polling that the Server was
or is Unavailable. Ok, This is the question. Why is the
server unavailable? Is it because it's just buisy??
Anyway, MSN isnot my ISP but i have or run MSN as a
secound account for just e-mail, and this is all i want to
do is to check the e-mail. AOL, is my internet service
provider and i am signed on at the time. When logging on
or trying to log on before those error's come up it will
ask me to complete the logon information. Well, I do
this.. But everytime I check what I put in, it will act
like it didnt hear me or something. So I keep putting in
my logon User Name and password and nothing. So, if my
User Name is valid then why doesnt the server work. I got
the server name from help previously on this board (
http://oe.msn.msnhotmail.msnmail). Why doenst this server
work or why is it buissy all the time or unavailable?
