SP2 Installation

When installing SP2 on XP Pro, the installation stops and I
get a message unable to copy file quartz.dll. Has anyone
had a similar problem or can anyone help???

Did you spend the hours needed to prepare your system before you tried sp2?
Did you spend the hours needed reading the number of pages related to 'how-to', 'how-not-to' and 'what-to-do-if' and sp2?

Nope installation for me was fine, but I came across quite a few anoying bugs
once it had been installed.

For me, it complained on "ati3d1ag.dll". M$ support was basically
worthless. FWIW, I eventually took the "Continu without copying" option,
and so far, everything seems to be OK.

That will be to do with ATI video software - get an update of drivers
etc from ATI
