You are in a bad way. In recovery console do the
following:
type chkdsk /r and hit enter.
Let this finish. If it comes up with unecoverable errors
on the drive then you have one option "Assuming that the
drive is not physically damaged and the file system is
corrupt" format the drive and reinstall XP.
