Windows XP SP2

[PAS]

After installing the above, I lost all of my Outlook
Express settings as well as the address book information.
My printer no longer works. Anyone else experience this.
What did you do?

Did you follow the installation instructions and make a backup before
installing SP2?

Same thing has happened to me and no i did not make backup either. Thought it
was a safe update!! Silly me.
