View Full Version : Problems Since Installing SP2 for XP

Hello
I seem to be having a problem now, with having loaded Service Pack 2 for XP
and everything seeming to be OK. But now when trying to load from a Sony
Handy cam into Movie Maker 2 it won't capture the footage? It used to do it
fine through a firewire connection but now not. If I go back in time to a
restore point prior to installing SP2 it still works fine? Go figure!
Has anyone else had these anomalies since installing SP2 for XP?
Any thoughts would be great!
Dave

Call sony and ask for updated software fr you habdycam or you ca try this.
Use an administrator account to log on.
Click Start, click Run, type Wscui.cpl, and then click OK.
In the Windows Security Center window, click Windows Firewall.
On the Exceptions tab, click Add Program.
In the list of programs, click the name of the program you want to add, and
then click OK. If the name of your program is not in the list of programs,
click Browse to locate the program, and then click OK.
Click OK to close Windows Firewall.
Test the program to verify that the firewall settings are correct.
