SP2 Detect Virus.Can't Move

I installed SP2 and now I get a window popup with virus detected.

I have tried to remove it with the AVG but it still come up.
I have also disabled system restore and tried to remove the virus but it
still wont go.

The virus is called Trojan horse.Downloader.Agent.3.W

I have made this page to show the window

Hi,

Restart in Safe mode by hitting F8 at boot, then locate ipconfigs.exe in the
C:\Windows\system32 folder and delete it. Do not confuse it with
ipconfig.exe (without the trailing "s") as that is a real system file.

Then go to the control panel/system/system restore tab and disable system
restore on all drives. Click apply/ok.

Run a full system scan with your antivirus software, then restart normally.
Once loading in normal mode, you can restart system restore by reversing the
earlier steps.
