Are there any known CD/CDRW problems after installing SP2?

I have been having problems with both my CD and CDRW drives. They will not
read any disks. The CD drive will show the disk in 'my computer' and will
open it up but cannot open any files. The CDRW will show it in 'my computer'
also but will not even open up the disk. I recently installed SP2 and am
wondering if this could be because of this??
