Had to re-build my computer software installations from scratch after crash.

Decided to go back to Office 97 instead of re-installing Office 2000.

Using F7 to try to check an Outllook Express post brings up an error each
time. It will not check my OE Email posts for me.

Have changed each module on 97 to compatability mode (Win98) to no avail.

Am running XP Pro with all updates, patches, etc.

Any suggestions! I would prefer not to have to re-install Office 2000 if
possible.

Outlook Express is part of the Internet Explorer, have you thought about updating
your browser?
