I am trying to load the software to use my digital camera
and because it is older not not XP compatible I get a
caution. I looked in the Knowledge Base at article 300462
and I think I found the solution.
It says to remove the WIA drivers using the Device
Manager, then install the IHV drivers using the Device
Manager and then install my software.
My problem is I know how to get to the Device Manager but
I can not find the WIA drivers.
