Under my user name it shows that I have unread messages,
but in Outlook Express it does not show any unread
emails. My software was purchased with the computer and
the computer company tells me all they can do is turn
that option off. But I like knowing if I have "True"
unread mail. How can this one mail piece be identified
and removed?
