SP2 Handwriting Recognition

How do i change the handwriting recognition to the whole screen instead of
just in the box that SP2 supplies

Tablet PC? If yes: Sorry, you can't change it. Write Anywhere is not
present in SP2. In it's place you get the "floating tip" that appears when
the input panel is not docked.

"Write Anywhere" was removed with SP2.
