I am runnning XP Pro SP1. I insttalled it on a new machine.
I am running with only the admin account.
I went to Control Panel > Administrative Tools and there are 9
shortcuts there, but the one called Computer Management does not point
to a program. Its shortcut is 0KB.
What causes this not to be set up? I did not have an admin password,
but added one today. Is there and easy way to restore the Computer
Management shortcut?
