SP2 and Outlook

I installed SP2 for Windows XP Prpfessional. After
insytalling I was unable to send email from Outlook 2003.
I uninstalled SP2 through Control Panel but still can not
send email through Outlook 2003. Can send through Outlook
Express. Additionally I do receive email through Outlook
2003. Any suggustions.

Did you apply the lastest service packs for Office 2003 before the SP2
install?

I did. I actually figured out the problem. It appears that my ISP,
Cablevision, recently clamped down on all SMTP traffic leaving their network.
I switched to their SMTP server to send mail and it solved my problem.
