Taskmanager can't dsisplay in System Tray, XP Prof. SP1

Hi,
if i choose the option "hide if minimized" in the windows
taskmanager and minimize it the taskmanager remove and
don't be displayed in the system tray minimized.
anybody any idea ? thanx for help !
