Since installing SP2 I have started seeing the following
crashes. This one below occurred while working in Word
2000. This crash was an instant black screen reboot. I
was not having any problems before installing SP2. All
patches and drivers are uptodate.

Has anyone seen this or know how to fix this?

Thanks in advance

Larry,
Thanks for the reply, but I had already check this. There are no red
colored application or system event entries in the lists. That is what makes
this so puzzling. Other than installing SP2, everything (SW and HW
configurations) are the same.
