Folder views in Favorites

Within IE, any folders in the Favorites section do not
show the folder contents to the right of the folder. I
have to click on the folder to see the contents and then
access the URL from there. Kind of a pain. Any
suggestions

What you are describing is normal in Internet Explorer.

If you want to see a two paned view of your IE favorites, view them with
Windows Explorer instead of Internet Explorer. Each user's favorites are
stored in their account folder. Example: C:\Documents and Settings\<your
account>\Favorites.
