restarting in normal mode

Does anyone know how to get out of safe mode if the
computer is stuck in safe mode? When I restart, I
select "Restart in normal mode", but the computer does
not. It keeps restarting in safe mode.

Try Start> Run> MSCONFIG If there is a check mark next to "/SAFEBOOT" on
the BOOT.INI page, remove it. (By default, none of the items in the boot
options at the bottom of this msconfig page are checked.) Click OK. Restart
the computer.
