RunTime Error

After running norton full system scan, this morning I got
the following error message that came up after norton
completed:
RunTime Error
c:/Program Norton~/NAVW32.EXE

R6025
Pure Virtual Call

Does anybody have any suggestions as to where I can get
information about what that is/what to do to correct
it/why it happened?

Since the error is being generated by Norton, a good place to start
looking for info would be at Symantec's online support area. They
maintain a knowledge base with a halfway decent search engine.
