Window3s Xp Pro SP2 Shutdown Error

Recentally Installed SP2 and I get slow shutdown times
and this error in Application Log.

Event ID: 1517

Windows saved user XXXXX\XXXXX registry while an
application or service was still using the registry
during log off. The memory used by the user's registry
has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it
is no longer in use.

This is often caused by services running as a user
account, try configuring the services to run in either
the LocalService or NetworkService account.

Only since SP2, does your computer have this too?
Email me if you know what the problem is, because
somethimes I get critical error dilogue boxes when i boot
up! Help!
