I'm planning to add an 80 Gb hard drive and make it the master. I want to
reinstall XP on this drive, but keep the old drive going as well. Are there
EULA problems with this?

Hi,
As long as you are moving the installation to the new drive, then there is
no violation of the EULA. Dual-booting an installation on both is
"technically" a violation, but it would not be prevented as the hardware
profile from each will be essentially the same.
