Is "Windows Update" visible on the menu?
What happens when you click it? How
are you connected to the Internet? Are you
able to browse www.microsoft.com?
If so, can you then click on the "Windows Update"
link that is below the "Resources" header in the
left column of the page? What happens?

Please define "It will not run Windows Updates." Is there an error message
when you try, are you able to get to the site but unable to download
updates, where exactly in the process does the problem occur, what happens
when the problem occurs and has this feature ever worked for you?
