application fatal error unable to connect to the ccd process

I just installed Micorgraphics 10 and after i restarted my computer I get
the following message in a window called CManager.. I am running Win XP Pro
on an Athelon 1700 Dragon Plus board with 512 megs of ram.
"Application fatal error unable to connect to the ccd process"
I looked in the readme file of Micrographics and also looked for a newsgroup
for Micrographics and couldn't find anything.
Any help is appreciated.

What is Micrographics 10? In their literature, do they have a website? If
they do, try their website and their tech support.
