Hi my name is Robert
I have Connection Manager through my internet
provider. When I create a sub account that has a limited
account privilage, they are not able to connect to the
internet. Only persons with administrator account
privilages are able to use the Connection Manager. I do
not want my sub accounts to have administrator
privilages, but I do want them to be able to accsess the
Internet. How do I change this?

If Connection Manager is software from your ISP, temporarily change the
limited account to Administrator, install Connection Manager in that account
and set up that user per your ISP's instructions as you would set it up for
yourself. When finished, return the account to it's limited status, the
user should be able to connect.
