My wife and I each have a username for XP that we go into
XP through. I loaded Office 97 onto the computer while I
was logged into my username. My wife can not access it or
at least it does not show up on her program list. How can
we share common programs that we load? Or how do I load
programs I want all of us to have access to?

Hi Ron,
Install the program while you are logged on to her account.

Ron,
Right click the Start button and select Explore. Go to the Programs folder
and drill down to the Office shortcuts. Now, right click the Start Button
again, this time, selecting Explore All Users. Go to the Programs folder
and drill down to where you want the Office shortcuts to be. Then go back
to your Start menu folder and cut and paste the shortcuts from there to the
All Users Start Menu.
