SP2 - NO Bluetooth icon in control panel

Help. Ive downloaded SP2 everything i read refers to
setting up bluetooth clicking on the Bluetooth Icon.

Its not in the control panel. Looked at everything which
it could possibly link to. Nothing.

Should the update be there?..
