WinXP SP2 and UPS

I'm missing tab for UPS under Power options. Any ideas how to restore that.
I have all other tabs (hibernate, etc.)
System is P4E 3.2GHz, Asus p4c800-e,

Go to Start > Run and type: services.msc , and hit enter.
Scroll down to "Uninterruptible Power Supply", right-click
on this service and select Properties, then set the Startup
type to 'Automatic', then start the service.

It's setup as automatic, bur when I try to start service I get error
"Could not start the UPS service on Local Computer
Error 2481: The UPS service is not configured correctly"

I can't set it up as I don't have UPS tab.
