SQL patch for XP

I want to install the patch for the slammer worm on my XP, so I downloaded
the path it's a msi file, and when I double click on it it ask me with
application I want to use to open it.

I looked for the msiexec file but I didn't find it,

So I take a look at Microsoft web page but I cannot find the instmsi file
for the Windows XP.

How could I resolved that.
