I've recently purchased a toshiba e350 pocket pc. It came
with outlook 2000 on the install disc,(which is necessary
to run active sync) but outlook keeps crashing my laptop
during installation, (and recovering from fatal error
when rebooting). I am running xp home as my os, and it is
clean... freshly reformated. what's the problem here? I
can't get any error messages to check out as my machine
crashes too fast to read anything
thanks for any help

Hi,

Is the software part of the original installation media?
Did this unit come with WinXP originally?

If not, then it may not install to any system other than the one it was
designed for.
